Hello everybody,
I love sports and I have to eat energy bars as you all know. However most of them contain ingredients that have too much saturated fat . I think energy bars should contain more proteins and carbohidrates - less fat. ¿What do you think about that?

`I think you are right about the saturated fats. I have found that nutritional bars with the shortest shelf life, and that have to be refrigerated, have the most/best proteins and carbohydrates. When I was an active runner I used to drink a concoction I made myself consisting of orange juice, honey, and bee's pollen ((removed)), followed by pure water. It made my recovery from a run quick and sustained me for the whole day with continued swigs, until my main meal of the day.
